FIC Air Flow Meter - FIC rebuilt Air Flow Meters go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The process; AFM's are stripped to the component level. - All parts, mechanical and electrical are tested to meet OEM specifications. - Unit is assembled using known good parts. Once the Air flow meter meets all OEM specifications the unit is sealed and packaged.

FIC Fuel Injectors – FIC rebuilt fuel injectors go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The process; all fuel hose, external seals, filter, pintle cap, etc. are removed. - Fuel injector is then fully disassembled. - All components are checked to meet OEM specifications and cleaned.

FIC Fuel Pump - FIC rebuilt Fuel Pumps go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The reman process; Units are disassembled to component level. - Assembled fuel pumps are flow rate, pressure checked and tested for amperage draw. - Once the unit meets OEM specifications, the fuel pump is sealed and packaged.

FIC Mass Air flow Sensor - FIC Air Mass Meters go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The reman process; All parts, mechanical and electrical are tested to meet OEM specification. - The Air Mass Meter is then calibrated to OEM specifications. - Once the Air Mass Meter meets the OEM specifications, the unit is sealed and packaged.
