Warranty Policy and Returns

DriveWire.com will provide to all its customers each manufacturer’s standard limited warranty.

If a product you purchased through DriveWire.com fails during the warranty period, you may receive an adjustment by returning the product to DriveWire.com. To receive the adjustment, all terms of the warranty must be met. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will only be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed. If refund is demanded for any defective item, the amount of refund will be pro-rated by a period of 1 year from the date of purchase less $15 handling charge.

Warranties listed herein only apply to the original purchaser for private, non-commercial use, and only to the vehicle in which the product was originally installed and/or used within.

Warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product on our site. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. This warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer’s operating and /or installation instructions.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all warranty claims made hereunder.

Performance Parts

Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer warrants most performance parts for 90 days from the date of purchase. If parts are used for racing or competition, they are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. Performance parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. If you would like to return any part, please follow our Returns Policy before you ship or attempt to return a product back to DriveWire.com

Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, modified or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration.

Non-Performance Parts

Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer warrants many original equipment replacement parts for one year from the date of purchase. If parts are used for racing or off-road use, they are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. If you would like to return any part, please follow our Returns Procedure before you return a product back to DriveWire.com. At our discretion, any part that shows evidence of being used, modified or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration.
