DEC converter #ACU81003 meets these requirements and can be used on vehicles registered in California.

Direct Fit Catalytic Converter - The Bosal converters are 49-state compliant, OBDII compatible, and are not legal for sale or use in California. DEC converter #ACU91044A is 50-state compliant, OBDII compatible, and is legal for use on vehicles registered in California.
