w/ gasket & o-rings - w/ Housing. The ASC water pump is the latest Toyota version. On applications with the 3VZFE engine 6/91-8/92, you also need to replace the engine mount bracket. Apparently, there is a clearance problem on these models and the updated bracket is needed to solve it. Bracket part # 12315-62031

This water pumps casting is the 'updated' relocated 'Weep Hole' design. 'Water inlet housing' assembly connects to 'water by-pass joint.' Recommend removal of the left side idler pulley to ease installation. Does not come w/ a gasket, use sealant instead.
