When replacing the Acura MDX AC Condenser, use only the OEM Acura Aluminum Style Condensers for optimum efficiency.
Before ordering a new Acura AC Evaporator, make sure you have correctly diagnosed the Acura MDX evaporator as the culprit.
Replace the Acura MDX Cabin Filter with a Carbon or a Pollen Filter by Bosch. Acura reccomends changing the ACC Cabin Filter every year on your MDX.
On a Acura MDX there will be a heater blower motor or an AC blower motor inside the heater box to force air across either an evaporator or heater core. Often there will be a blower motor resistor used to regulate the motors speed. Eventually your Acura MDX heater blower motor may wear out, especially if you have not been changing your Acura MDX Cabin Filter. When you are not getting any air despite what position you have the blower switch set at you may need a new Acura MDX heater blower motor or possibly a new blower motor resistor.
