The Honda Passport steering idler arm is the arm that is at the opposite side of the center link from the steering box. When the Honda Passport Idler arm wears out, the steering will seem loose, and you will get very uneven tire wear on the right hand front tire. It is always a good idea to replace the Honda Passport center link and the tie rods at the same time, as you will need to have the Honda Passport aligned when you have replaced the steering parts.

Like any other hose, the Honda Passport power steering hose can eventually develop leaks and need replacement. If you check the Honda Passport Power steering hose and see small hairline cracks it would be a good time to replace the power steering hose.
