Engine Short Ram intake systems are an economical alternative to a Cold Air system and deliver performance, value and ease of installation over any other short inlet intake. Short Ram intakes install easily under the hood and cost less than a complete cold air intake system
Some vehicles respond favorably to shorter inlet lengths over our longer Cold Air designs. For this reason manufacturers produce a number of alternative short ram air intakes. The Engine Ram Air Intake does not require any major disassembly of the front of the car or truck, and typically installs in under an hour. The major difference between the ram air intake and the cold air intake is that the ram air kit installs completely under the hood and still draws in hotter air from the engine compartment.
