Performance Suspension Kit
If you are going to lower your car or truck, the best way to go is with a complete suspension kit as when purchasing springs and shocks separately you do not get the benefit of having the shocks, struts and springs tuned with each other. Companies like Bilstein and Eibach put a tremendous amount of time and money into R&D of their suspension kits so each corner of your vehicle is precisely tuned for best looks performance and handling.
Some suspension kits come with just springs and shocks, while others have the sway bars included in the kit. It is a good ides to understand what you want out of your car before purchasing a suspension kit. Adding a sway bar to a vehicle will significantly increase the stiffness of the suspension and in some cases make the ride much harsher than stock. There are also different rate springs that will lower the vehicle to different heights and stiffness.
