The COFAP brand has been on the Brazilian market since 1951 and due to a great effort that has been put to the development of export, Cofap is also present in 98 countries on 5 continents. At the beginning this brand has been associated with the engine, because Cofap in the past was producing piston rings.

Afterwards the company has started a production of shock absorbers, also for cars where with no doubts a “king” is a shock absorber, Cofap brand has become widely recognized. Cofap shock absorber is number one on Brazilian market as well as South-American market and is seen as” top of mind”  in a division of auto parts.
