EMPI Axle Shaft Assembly - EMPI's new 2007 Catalog features the EMPI line of over 900 New Constant Velocity Drive Axles. Our catalog lists over 1700 specific passenger car, light truck, van, and SUV axle applications for both foreign and domestic vehicles.

ACEI Axle Assembly - ARI /ACEI meticulously inspect the returned axles to make sure the axle shaft is straight and to make sure that the splines or threads are not damaged. This is the first step to ensure vibration-free performance. Upon completing the inspection process, all axle threads are chased, and seal surfaces machined and polished. The outer and inner CV Joints are completely remanufactured for long life and performance. New seals and high quality CV Joint Boots are installed along with new ABS rings the Anti Lock Brake system. When the parts are reassembled, ACEI installs new CV Joints, premium grade boots, clamps, bolts and axle nuts and uses specially formulated, extreme pressure moly lubricants.
