FIC Mass Air flow Sensor - FIC Air Mass Meters go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The reman process; All AMM’s are stripped to the component level. - All parts, mechanical and electrical are tested to meet OEM specification. - Unit is assembled using known good parts. - Simulator then runs AMM through all phases of operation. - The AMM is then calibrated to OEM specifications. - Once the unit meets the OEM specifications, the unit is sealed and packaged.

Bosch Mass Air Flow Sensor - In order to comply with the vehicle emission limits demanded by law, it is necessary to maintain a given air/fuel ratio exactly. This requires sensors which precisely register the actual air-mass flow and output a corresponding electrical signal to the open and closed-loop control electronics. The load sensor’s accuracy must not be adversely affected by pulsation, return flows, EGR, and camshaft variable timing, or by changes in intake air temperature. Mass Air Flow Sensor The original air mass meter can have either a 4-pin or a 5-pin connector. We currently supply the Bosch 63 107 air mass meter for this application which has a 4-pin connector. Bosch advises that 63 107 will work for either connector configuration.
