Remanufactured The original alternator is a 50-amp Hitachi unit. Bosch alternator AL 232 X is the equivalent replacement. 60-amp Bosch alternator AL 236 X can also be used in its place where higher alternator output is desired. Reuse of the pulley and fan from the old alternator may be required.
