This is the first step to ensure vibration-free performance. Upon completing the inspection process, all axle threads are chased, and seal surfaces machined and polished. The outer and inner CV Joints are completely remanufactured for long life and performance. New seals and high quality CV Joint Boots are installed along with new ABS rings the Anti Lock Brake system. w/ LSD The Altima XE model was not equipped with a limited slip differential (LSD). On Altima GXE, GLE, and SE models the LSD was an option. Please confirm the correct type of differential on the vehicle before ordering axles. Check the model ID # (NOT the chassis #) at the ID plate on the firewall. The digits (up to 5) after U13EUA or U13EVA are option codes. If the second digit is code B, H, Q, or S, then the vehicle is equipped with an LSD.
