FIC Fuel Injectors – FIC rebuilt fuel injectors go thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection before they are accepted for remanufacturing. The process; all fuel hose, external seals, filter, pintle cap, etc. are removed. - Fuel injector is then fully disassembled. - All components are checked to meet OEM specifications and cleaned. - Coil is replaced with New FIC Coil. - All internal seals are replaced. - Injector is re-assembled and calibrated. -  Once the injector meets all OEM specifications, the filter, pintle cap, all external seals, hose and hose ferrules are replaced.

California Because of the position of these injectors in relation to the fuel rail, extreme care should be taken during installation so as not to damage the seal rings. Problems with new injectors immediately after installation are almost always due to improper installation which can ruin the seal rings. Always inspect the seal ring for damage before considering the injector itself to be defective.

Bosch injector 62 017 is correct for this application, even though its appearance may differ slightly from the injector originally installed in the vehicle. Bosch 62 017 is the latest injector design for this application and is the same injector as offered by the Nissan dealer.
