In 2008 Bosal has revised the Substrate material to improve performance and longevity of unit.
Please check operation of the O2 sensors, Air Flow Meter, Spark Plugs and wires or any other items that can cause an Air/Fuel mixture issue.
If other issues are not resolved damage to the new converter may result.
